This workshop is comprised of a Friday evening lecture with Saturday and Sunday hands-on component. Working as a group each participant will construct their own slant-faced solar oven. Tuition includes cost of all materials.

Camping is available on site with a vegetarian lunch and dinner meal plan available. Meals will be cooked with solar ovens and cookers weather permitting. Evenings may be spent around the campfire under the stars.

Friday– Participants can arrive all day and set up camp. Lecture will begin at 6:30PM

Saturday and Sunday – Hands-on will begin a 9am end around 5pm

The workshop will officially end with Sunday dinner. Campers may stay Sunday night with Monday departure.

Meals will be served 1pm and 6:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. No meal plan for Friday.

Children are welcome. Friendly well behaved dogs will be considered.
